Risks to weigh
Section titled “Risks to weigh”- Agents post as you. Everyone in the channel sees your name on what agents write.
- A team covers channels added later. Access to a team covers all its channels, including private channels the account is in and channels created after you allowed it.
- Posts are a way out, guests included. Everyone in the channel reads what agents post, and standard and private channels can have guests from outside your organization. Posting to shared channels is refused.
- Messages are written by others. Anyone in a channel can write text meant to steer the agent. Be most careful where agents both read and may post.
What agents cannot do
Section titled “What agents cannot do”Agents cannot share files, react, edit or delete messages, or post to shared channels. Text they write is shown as written, so it cannot mention anyone or use formatting, and it may not link to Teams. Chats and meetings are out of reach. Agents do not see file contents, mentions of channels and teams, or links to Teams.
